From Tea to Transformation
Nantucket Love School was born from a simple moment between friends, sharing tea and heartfelt conversations about life, love, and the patterns that keep so many of us from fully experiencing joy in our relationships. We realized that a big part of the challenge people face in creating healthy romantic connections comes from unhealed trauma. In fact, 70% of American adults have experienced trauma at some point in their lives—often beginning in childhood and passed down through generations.
Cycle Starters
We asked ourselves: What if we could break that cycle? What if we could choose love, healing, and empowerment instead of repeating patterns? By breaking ancestral cycles and learning new ways to love and connect, we can heal ourselves and create a ripple effect that touches our communities and the world.
Nantucket Love School is our answer to that call, and our mission has evolved with a renewed focus on holistic sex education, self-love, pleasure, and Spirit. We invite you to join us as we bring more love into the world—starting with ourselves.

For those ready to explore sacred sexuality on a deeper level, the Sacred Sexual Soul Series offers a transformative course that blends meditation, movement, spiritual connection, pleasure practices, and wisdom. This series helps students unlock their sacred sexual self, with profound transformations in areas such as body connection, pleasure, and intimacy with partners.
