I probably wouldn’t have gotten divorced if I had this…

I have heard this from multiple students.  The student who said this to me recently added, “This is so much more than pleasure and sex.  I have found parts of myself I knew were there, but I haven’t seen them since I was little.  I don’t have trouble accessing pleasure.  What was challenging in my marriage was connecting and allowing the space to be vulnerable with my partner.  Now, I feel stronger and have more love for myself. I’m glad I have this knowledge now for my next relationship.”

There’s a direct correlation between experiencing great pleasure in your life and your body and feeling grounded in your body, plus how you expand or contract when you’re vulnerable.  The greater your capacity for being vulnerable and the more connected you are to your body, the greater the pleasure you will experience in and out of the bedroom.

The Sacred Sexual Soul Series teaches how to ground into your body, expand, and gain safety when you’re vulnerable, and we share how to physically experience more pleasure through the connection of data-based sex education, erotic massage techniques, and the connection to a higher power all inside the Sacred Sexual Soul Series.

One of my favorite results of the Sacred Sexual Soul Series is the greater self-appreciation and connection we foster to ourselves, others, and our romantic relationships.

Six Ways the Sacred Sexual Soul Series supports self-love and romantic partnerships.

  1. The series teaches how to foster a sacred space inside your body and other spaces and areas of your life, including holding safe and sacred spaces with a partner.

  2. It teaches over 30 ways to practice self-massage and partner massage for pleasure, healing, and releasing trapped emotions, past trauma, and old programming so that you approach yourself and others with love and grace and not from a place of fear.

  3. It teaches how to connect with Spirit for greater expansion, guidance, and trust your intuition, which supports you trusting yourself, deciphering who to trust, and trusting the process a higher power has in store for you.

  4. Learning partner practices for sexual and non-sexual connection leads to deeper intimacy with the self and your partner.

  5. Through some of the personal pleasure practices, you can lift the societal expectations of your body so that you reclaim your body for yourself and see your body with kind eyes and love.

  6. Explore and understand how pleasure is your birthright and how to hold space for pleasure for your partner as well.
